This support is the general support to the Opne Mobile IS framework, calculated according to the number of final users. It does not support troubleshouting link to applications developed with the framework but only the framework's ones. The support is valid for 1 year.

This support includes the following provision of services :
-Bugs corrections or major troubleshouting correction within 24 hours (indicated by e-mail)
-5 e-mail for help on the frameworg utilisation.
-User licence for all the modules developped or to be developped by Ubikis in the future.

- Pocket PC Pack including a set of DLL and tools falicitating the integation of the framework
  onPocketPC terminals.

- PIM client for PocketPC and Windows PC plateform (under development)

- TOM TOM navigator 6X connector
